Trying To Be Positive

Things that I like about winter:

1. No snakes in the yard.
2. I don't have to clean up Jak's yard until the spring. (Done weekly in the summer.)
3. I can stay inside and read a book without guilt on a sunny afternoon because the temperature is probably 10 degrees outside.
4. I get to use my heated blanket.
5. Shoveling snow makes me feel like I've had a workout without going to the gym.
6. I get to wear one of my 20+ scarves every day.
7. The deck doubles as an extra refrigerator/freezer for temporary storage of food items.

If I think of any more I'll come back and add them to the list, but I have to tell you, I struggled to come up with those seven!
